Our future Horned Frog!

October 25, 2009

Cheering for his TCU Frogs during College Game Day yesterday!  I think his cheering helped the Frogs with their huge win last night!

Found one jar of unopened, but still good, baby squash in the back of the fridge so decided to give it to Ford with his dinner the other night.  Apparently he liked it.  He only feeds himself these days as the picture might indicate.

Summer Treats

August 3, 2009

Summer time means hot days, swimming, yummy fruit, and ice cream!  This summer Ford has been able to join in on some of the treats too.  He has enjoyed fresh berries, plums and peaches, and especially loved his bites of his first Blizzard.  He is definitely a boy after my own heart (and his dad’s too).

Is what comes to mind when I see this picture.  What about you?

wearing mom\'s glasses

Ford was reaching for, and successfully grabbing, my glasses the other day (along with my hair, which actually hurts!) so I decided to quickly put them on him to take this shot.  He might look like this one day as Jeff’s eyes are pretty bad and I also wear contacts/glasses (although my vision isn’t really all that bad yet).  Let’s hope he gets the lesser of the two “evils” and has my vision and not his dad’s.  Also, let’s hope (if needed) he gets glasses that fit his face slightly better.
